Service

Software engineering for systems people depend on

We design, build and modernize applications that carry real operational load — internal platforms, customer-facing systems, integrations and the services behind them. Work is delivered by engineers who stay with the system through release and support, not handed to a separate team at the end.

Business problems

What clients come to us with

If one of these matches your situation, we have a starting point.

A core application is too old to change safely

We map the system, isolate the parts that carry business rules, and modernize incrementally so the service keeps running while it is replaced.

Delivery has slowed and releases are risky

We put automated testing, environment parity and a repeatable release path in place so shipping stops being an event.

Systems do not talk to each other

We build the integration and API layer that lets existing platforms exchange data without another point-to-point workaround.

A capable team is short on specific engineering depth

We work inside your process and tooling, adding the skills the roadmap needs without changing how your team runs.

Capabilities

Software Development capabilities

Enterprise application development

Web applications, internal platforms and line-of-business systems built for maintainability and long service life.

Application modernization

Incremental replacement of legacy systems, framework and language migrations, and decomposition of monoliths where it earns its cost.

API and systems integration

REST and event-driven interfaces, middleware and data exchange between platforms that were never designed to connect.

Mobile application development

Native and cross-platform applications, including field and offline-capable use cases.

Front-end engineering

Accessible, responsive interfaces built to standards, including Section 508 and WCAG requirements.

Quality engineering

Automated test coverage, CI pipelines and release verification built into delivery rather than bolted on.

How we work

Our delivery approach

01

Assess

We review the current system, constraints and delivery process before proposing a direction.

02

Define

Scope, architecture and an incremental delivery plan with milestones your stakeholders can track.

03

Build

Short iterations with working software, automated tests and demonstrable progress each cycle.

04

Operate

Release support, documentation and knowledge transfer so your team can own the result.

Technology

Technologies we work with

Technology is chosen to fit the client environment and the people who will maintain it, not the other way round.

Manufacturing

Product traceability and production management

Challenge
Production and supply records were held in systems that could not be reconciled, so a unit could not be traced back through its production history.
Approach
Built a shared traceability record spanning production and distribution events, with each step written once and readable by every downstream system.
  • Distributed ledger
  • Systems integration
  • Web application

Operations

Online warehouse management system

Challenge
Stock movement, locations and fulfilment status were tracked manually, leaving inventory accurate only as of the last count.
Approach
Modelled the real warehouse process first — receiving, put-away, picking, dispatch — then built to it rather than to a generic inventory template.
  • Web application
  • Relational database
  • Role-based access

Applied AI

Voice-driven AI reservations and ordering

Challenge
Orders and reservations arrived by phone and had to be transcribed by staff, which capped throughput at busy periods.
Approach
Applied speech recognition and intent handling to the narrow, high-volume part of the conversation, leaving staff to handle exceptions.
