Service

Complex initiatives, delivered in a structure that holds

Large technology programs fail on coordination more often than on engineering. We provide the management layer that keeps scope, dependencies, risk and reporting under control — and that tells you early when something is off track.

Business problems

What clients come to us with

If one of these matches your situation, we have a starting point.

Status is reported as green until it is not

We report against evidence — completed increments and verified acceptance — rather than percent complete.

Several vendors are delivering into the same program

We hold the integrated schedule and dependency map across parties, and manage the seams between them.

Scope keeps moving and nobody agrees what was agreed

We maintain a controlled baseline with a change process stakeholders have signed up to.

Risks are documented but never actually retired

Each risk gets an owner, a mitigation and a review date, and is worked until it is closed.

How we work

Our delivery approach

01

Baseline

Establish scope, schedule, budget and the definition of done.

02

Govern

03

Deliver

Track against evidence and manage dependencies actively.

04

Close

Verify acceptance, transition to operations and capture what was learned.

Technology

Experience

Manufacturing

Product traceability and production management

Challenge
Production and supply records were held in systems that could not be reconciled, so a unit could not be traced back through its production history.
Approach
Built a shared traceability record spanning production and distribution events, with each step written once and readable by every downstream system.
  • Distributed ledger
  • Systems integration
  • Web application

Operations

Online warehouse management system

Challenge
Stock movement, locations and fulfilment status were tracked manually, leaving inventory accurate only as of the last count.
Approach
Modelled the real warehouse process first — receiving, put-away, picking, dispatch — then built to it rather than to a generic inventory template.
  • Web application
  • Relational database
  • Role-based access

Applied AI

Voice-driven AI reservations and ordering

Challenge
Orders and reservations arrived by phone and had to be transcribed by staff, which capped throughput at busy periods.
Approach
Applied speech recognition and intent handling to the narrow, high-volume part of the conversation, leaving staff to handle exceptions.
  • Speech recognition
  • Natural language processing
  • Mobile application
