HBSr is a smart connection between customers and providers for health and beauty services. This is a mobile application based platform that allows customers to book for and providers to deliver services at the time and location as requested. The platform helps customers to find suitable providers easily, enjoy the services the most at the time and place of their convenience, without worrying about any transportation and timing issues. It also helps the providers to attract many more customers while being able to schedule their work more efficiently and thus deliver the service at their best.

Customer usage:For the client side, the basic functions are as follows:

  • Profile management: The function allows customers to manage their profile, e.g, editing personal information (name, gender, address, etc.), contacts (e.g., phone number, email, etc.), and preferences for the services and deliveries. The service provider uses the information for consulting, improving quality serving.
  • Booking management: The function allows customers to find suitable service providers, book for appointments, and manage their bookings. The function is powered by smart solutions for searching for the providers (e.g., by type of service, range of cost, with preferred location and time, and other personal preferences, etc.) schedule management (e.g., smart reminder, connect to customers’ calendar, etc.)
  • Payment and Bill management: Customers can choose methods for the payment for your appointment invoice (e.g., by cash, bank transfer, or credit cards) and utilize promotion if there’s any. This function also allows customers to manage their payment history
  • Notification: to retrieve, view, and manage notifications, reminders, and newsletters from providers and the systems.
  • Feedback management: This function allows customers to give feedback for the providers and the services.
  • Support: Customers can request for and receive timely support from the system managers through different channels like calling, email, frequently asked questions, etc.

Provider manager usage:

The main functions from the provider manager side are as follows:

  • Profile management: The function allows providers to manage their profile, e.g, editing information about their business (e.g., address, working hours, staffs, services, deliveries, etc.), contacts (e.g., phone number, email, etc.), and advertisement and promotions.
  • Booking management: The function allows providers to receive, manage, and schedule the booking for appointments and assign staff to deliver the requested service to customers. The function is powered by smart solutions for schedule management (e.g., smart reminder, connect to providers’ timetable and staff’s calendar, etc.)
  • Staff management: This function allows provider managers to manage their employees (including personal information: name, year of birth, phone number, email, gender, skills, … This information can used for arranging suitable staff for each appointment), and assign them with different business roles and duties (e.g., technical staff, receptionist, etc.)
  • Notification: to retrieve, view and manage notification from customers and staffs
  • Feedback: This function allows providers to give feedback for the customers.
